PLANNING AND PROCESS

Organizational improvement sometimes break down when the stakeholders fail to weave the three dimensions of systems thinking, the High Involvement Model, and strategic planning together.

All parts of each are interrelated. It is a matter of situational emphasis to diagnose which of these dimensions needs strengthening.
